Every year, before I leave for college, my parents have us take a boatload of family photos. I decided to get the cars involved this year.

From left to right: My Mom's 2011 Mazda2 Sport, my 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis LS, and my Dad's 2011 Kia Forte EX.

Bit of a strange combination, Japan, 'murica, and Korea. What is even stranger is my parents are almost retirement age, but they both drive modified compacts and I drive the boatmobile.

hit up craigslist, you can usually find mustang take off's for a good price. One of my friends picked up a set of 18" polished bullitts off a 07 shelby GT with 3000 miles on them for 400 bucks.

By the way, if you can think of ANYTHING you would need off of a 04 crown vic sport, speak up because I have another friend who is parting his out. Its black on black and had 78,000 miles on it.

Unfortunately the Pensacola craigslist is miserable in terms of parts I'd be interested in.

This is going to sound stupid but what about the seat belt for the passenger side rear? I have no idea why but my MGM only has 5 seatbelts.

No, it's beige/gray. Honestly I've never seen a 2006-2011 MGM with a black interior.

I know the feeling. Both parents over 50, I'm in college. Parents have a CR-V, I have a Town Car. (Hand me down from grandfather to get me to college)

I love mine too. I actually intentionally bought mine rather than having it handed down, I wanted a Crown Vic but couldn't find one with the right options when I was in the markets. I generally only keep cars a couple months, but I've had this Marquis 6 months and already driven 13,0000 miles...

I was originally going to be buying (and was looking at Imprezas, Legacies and Crown Vics) but then my grandfather just up and decided that he might as well give me his TC. Guess he just didn't think he needed it anymore as he has a couple other cars even though this was his best. Had mine since Aug 2012 and put 37k on it in that time. Still no mods... probably exhaust later this year, though. Almost did that recently but decided to wait so I could get it done by a shop and welded up properly along with getting custom tailpipes.

I bought mine with 74,500 in February of this year...it will have 90,000 by the end of next week. Yeah.........

I would love dual exhaust for my MGM. It's too silent for my taste, and I feel like a V8 should have more visible tailpipe than Prius, which mine does not.
